Maria M. Diaz, age 98, of Wilmington, California passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022. Maria was born September 9, 1923 in Houston, Texas; to parents Gregorio and Modesta Martinez.

Maria is survived by her daughter Maria "Mickie" Bojorquez; her son Tom Diaz; her daughter Rose Diaz; and her son Ruben Diaz.

Mrs. Diaz leaves 13 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren to cherish in her memory.

Maria M. Diaz will always be missed but never forgotten. May her legacy live on through her children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren.

A visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Wilmington, 1640 North Avalon Blvd, Wilmington, CA 90744. A rosary will occur Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 6:30 PM at Funeraria del Angel Wilmington. A funeral mass will occur Friday, January 21, 2022 at 9:30 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 1292 W. Santa Cruz St., San Pedro, CA 90732.

Maria will be laid to rest in Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, California 90275.
