Jose Reyes Figueroa Sanchez "Carlos" went to be with our Lord December 3, 2018 at the age of 61. He was survived by his wife Rosemary Figueroa, 3 children Carlene, Jose Jr. and Manuel, 4 grandchildren Ruben, Jacob, Mariah and Auria, brothers and sisters, Manuel, Maria, Maria Elena, Olivia, Luis, Olga, Martha, Yesenia and Yadira and countless nieces and nephews.
He was born in Tepechitlan Zacatecas, January, 26 1957. He came to the United states when he was 16 years old. Jose and Rosemary met at Harbor College pool on 8/15/73 and they were married 12/2/78.
He worked in his uncles restaurant "Gonzalez" in Wilmington and then at the employees cafeteria at Harbor UCLA hospital and after that he installed security cameras. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend.
In June of 2013 he suffered a terrible auto accident but always kept an amazing will to live which helped him make it through many medical complications, by the grace of God, until his passing. He is now resting without pain and suffering. He is greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
A funeral service for Jose will be held Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 11:30 AM at Harbor Christian Center, 1551 N. Wilmington Blvd., Wilmington, CA 90744.
