Guadalupe was born December 12, 1923 in Mexico and passed away March 24, 2011 surrounded by his family.
Raised in San Pedro, CA he served in the Army Air Force during WWII.
He retired from the Los Angeles Sanitation Department after a 36-year career as a heavy engine mechanic.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary D. Delgado; three children, Albert, James, and Margaret; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A Memorial Service is to be held at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church,
515 West Opp St, Wilmington, CA on Saturday, April 2 at 9:00 a.m.
A gathering for family and friends will follow at the home of Eric Delgado.
