Ernesto Soto Avila, age 46, of Wilmington, California passed away on Thursday January 23, 2020. Ernesto was born November 12, 1973 in Torrance, California to Salvador and Maria Avila.

Ernesto is survived by his wife, Angela Avila; son Lorenzo Chavez; son Justin Avila; son Angel Avila; son Marcelino Chavez; and daughter Olivia Avila.

Ernesto was preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his 6 brothers and numerous family members and friends.

Viewing Ernesto will be held Friday, January 31, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Port City Church, 24919 S. Avalon Blvd., Wilmington, CA 90744, with a Vigil Service at 6:00 PM, also at Port City Church. A Funeral Service is Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 10:00 AM, Port City Church 24919 S. Avalon Blvd., Wilmington, CA 90744. Graveside/Interment to immediately follow at All Souls Cemetery, 4400 Cherry Ave., Long Beach, CA 90807.
