Growing up in Evanston I had the good fortune to visit Stuart's home as a friend of his sister Patty's.  Their home was the most loving place, a place of unbridled creativity and a loving home for a very lucky rabbit. Stuart, his sisters and Mrs. Corboy are forever etched in my heart.  Please accept my condolences, he was taken too young and by the many touching  condolences, he grew up to be a wonderful man.  Prayers to all of you

    Obviously Lou Ann and I are heartsick about  Stu`s sudden passing, and truly sorry that we couldn`t make the funeral as we were away from Dallas when Mary called and told us about it.I know what a loss it is to you and your children, and what a difficult period you`re all going through.We`re hoping to be able to see you personally sometime this summer when I`ve heard there may be a family gathering.Meanwhile, please accept our sympathy and prayers as you attempt to move on during the coming months.

Marcia and Family, I use to work with Stu at AHR and am so sad to hear of his passing.  He was such a nice man with a happy face. You are all in my prayers.

Marcia, I am truly saddened to hear of Stuart’s passing. I have such fond memories of working with you and Stuart years ago. He was an absolutely wonderful person and I know he will be missed. I can still see his smile! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was so shocked and in disbelief about Stu’s passing and send my condolences to you and your family.   I liked him so very much. I enjoyed having a glass of wine with the two of you, and with the kindness of both of you, I felt so much at home.   I so enjoyed his jokes and kidding with him in return.  Will never  forgot how he dropped everything to help me with my move.  Was glad he enjoyed that rotisserie - in which he immediately prepared a gift of delicious turkey.   As I write this in sadness, I cannot believe he is gone.   I know his kind and happy spirit will live on.

Dear Corboy Family -- Words cannot begin to express our saddness but our hearts are filled with so many wonderful memories of Stu.  We took many a road trip together to International Falls, singing "The Batte of New Orleans" with Johnny Horton on the tape deck.  We will never forget Stu and his "break dancing" skills at our wedding!  With his big smile and quick wit, he was definitely the kind of person you never forgot meeting. We are so sorry for the loss of your husband, father, son, brother and our good friend.  Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

We are so saddened by Stu's death.  He was such a sweetheart.  It was obvious from the first time I met him that he was so in love with you, Marcia.  He was always devoted to his family.  He always greeted you with a smile and was able to laugh at himself.  We will never forget that morning we came down for breakfast in Branson and he was up on the stage wearing a cowboy hat and riding a stick horse!  We loved him and we will miss him.

Dearest Patty and family, May God be with you. I remember Stuart from 20-30 year ago. Such a nice person and I know he was a great brother as your were so fond of him and loved him so much. I wish I could be there for you today at the funeral but I just read the news. I am so saddened for your loss and that we have lost touch with each other.

We enjoyed meeting Stu and laughing over a few beers at the Pub the last time he was in Phoenix. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Marcia and the whole family.

I can only imagine how many people Stu touched throughout his life. I had the privilege of working with Stu at Schwarz.  He was very good at his job and shared his knowledge and skills with anyone who asked.  No matter how stressful the work situation was, he always came up with something to say ease the situation.  

I wonder what would Stu would say to us all at this moment.  No doubt something that would make us smile....

He will be remembered fondly.

Marcia, Brittany, Dylan and Stu, we are so, so sorry for your loss. I wish there was something we could do to ease your pain. We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm glad we were able to share a bottle of wine and some good laughs at my house last year. Words cannot express the loss of this wonderful person. I am so deeply saddened by this loss,yet so grateful that I was able to spend some quality time with Stu and his family. Stu may be gone, but he will never be forgotten by me.

Stu was a prominent part of my formative years. He was one of the first people I looked up to. I’ll always remember his Christmas cards and his sense of humor. The world may be a sadder place for having lost him, but I know I’m a better person for having known him.

Stu will be greatly missed. He was always there with a quick joke to pick up when you were feeling down. Stu the office here seems a little bit darker with out your trademark smile to brighten it up, but now your smile will brighten our days and shine as brightly as the sun. Stu's jovial personality and wit could brighten an otherwise dull day in cubical life. During the couple years I worked with Stu, he was consistently friendly and helpful. I am lucky to have crossed paths with Stu and am richer for having known him. I offer my deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Got to know Big Stu through his long time chum Frank Lyons. Great guy who was quick with a smile and a good story. Being in his presence made your day a bit brighter. I believe he is now hanging out with the Duke and swapping stories. I'll miss him.

I only worked with Stu for the last 2 months via email; he was an excellent & efficient worker. I never really talked to him on the phone until Tuesday night of this week. We joked how, both in our mid-40's, we were crippled up with a broken foot...we laughed until I was almost in tears...you could feel his joy thru the phone. Our loss of this good man is Heaven's gain. My prayers for the family.

Stu will be greatly missed.  I always enjoyed talking with him as he had a way with words and making one laugh. I work for IGP/Polo Ralph Lauren...he was one of our reps for several years.  He often spoke of his family & how much they meant to him.  My heart felt sympathy goes out to everyone close to him.  To his wife, children and family, you will be in my thoughts and prayers for a long time to come. Keep the faith as the Lord makes no mistakes.

Stu was like an uncle, cousin and close friend.  Some of my fondest memories at Illini and Lowgus in Michigan were when Stu was there.
