Steven Joseph Meserow

Steve Meserow passed away suddenly on November 22nd at the age of 67. Steve was born on January 5, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois. He is survived by his twin brother Alan, his sister Nancy, nephew Alex and nieces Maura, Sophie and Michelle. He was predeceased by his parents, Francis and Marian (nee Char) Meserow, as well as his brother Howard and sister Sheri (James) Scott.

Steve was beloved by all who knew him. He was a unique, charismatic and generous soul. An ingenious carpenter, accomplished caregiver, and all-around problem-solver, he was reliably there to help friends, family and all in his neighborhood tackle most any situation. He was welcomed into many homes as a virtual family member and will be sorely missed.

A graveside service will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday December 6th at Waldheim Cemetery, 1400 Des Plaines Avenue in Forest Park, followed by a reception at 770 Rice Street in Highland Park.
