Bob was a wonderfully decent, honorable man and I am proud to have known him for these past 11 years.  His friends and neighbors at Winston Towers will miss him greatly.  Condolences to Lila, Bob's family and those who new and loved him.

Uncle Robert was a wonderful person: very cool-headed, intelligent, sincere, and general nice guy.  He was very modest considering all of his successful engineering achievements.  I never heard him complain about his illnesses and if asked, he would matter-of-fact-ly mention them without emotion or expecting pity.  I'm still embarrassed when, as the ring bearer for his and Lila's wedding, I dropped the pillow with the ring on it.  It didn't seem to damage their long and happy marriage and it was obvious how devoted he was to his wife, Lila.  He will be missed.
