I never met you but I wanted to write I hope your resting in peace in heaven with your husband I'm so very sorry for what happened to you and your husband

It was a pleasure speaking with you when you and Kevin bought your house.  I was the mortgage processor.  My heart breaks for you and your family.

We met Irina the day Kevin introduced her to his Grandpa Bill, my big brother.  It was a surprise visit and   Bill was sooo excited to see Kevin.  And, then, he met Irina and he was smitten!!!  My husband Jim and I loved being there for their lovely wedding, and later sitting at the table with them at his cousin Matt’s wedding.  Beautiful people, gone far too soon.  As we looked at the almost full moon tonight after returning from Irina’s funeral, we thought of the rabbi’s words about the beautiful light that Irina radiated in the world.  She will remain a light for all who knew her.

Irene—It’s unfathomable that I’ll never get to speak to you, laugh with you, have wine night with you…You and Kevin touched so many lives with the light and kindness that radiated from you both. You were stolen from this earth way too soon, but you will live on in the hearts of all those who knew you and loved you forever. 

Aiden, your mommy was smart, kind, silly, fun, down-to-earth, and most of all she loved you very much. You were her everything and I know she and your daddy will be watching over you, protecting you, all of your days.

McCarthy family I just want you know how much Irene was loved and appreciated by her Abbvie work family. I've had the honor of working with Irene for over a year now and finally got a chance to meet live only last week. Even though it was my first time hugging her, I felt like I've known her forever. I'm glad I was able to hug my friend and tell her how much I appreciate her. Her absence is felt and I will always remember her. 

Sending love and sympathy to Irene's (how we knew her at work) friends and family. Irene was so smart, easy to work with, always had a smile on her face and had a keen dry sense of humor. I will miss seeing her on calls and sharing a funny gif back and forth during a virtual call. 

May her memory be a blessing always.
