John and Susie,  We are so sorry to hear of this tragedy and your heartbreaking loss.  I have such fond memories of Christie as a little girl on our soccer team and her friendship with Alix in elementary school.  Please know that we are thinking of you both and your family during this very difficult time.

Dear Bob and Barbara, Susie and John, Josh and Rebecca,
There are no words to express how sad we are to learn of the tragic death of your dear daughter and sister. Christy bounced into our lives when she moved into the neighborhood the summer before 5th grade. Christy and our daughter Evanne became fast friends and shared so many terrific childhood memories. We looked forward to Christy coming over to our house as she was a smiling, energetic, mannerly and vivacious little girl. Whether they were raiding the fridge, playing on the swings, or heading out to a great summer adventure at Camp Kamari, you could easily locate our two girls by the peels of their delighted laughter! Thank you, Bob and Barbie, for including our Evanne on sleep overs and fun trips to water parks. She loved being a part of your family group and cherished her friendship with Christy.  Your daughter was caring,  kind, warm and funny; she left too soon, but she will never be forgotten. On behalf of all our family, our hearts go out to you.

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. Christie worked at St. Richard’s with me and we reconnected last year. She had a beautiful spirit and love for children. She always expressed  interest in our son Drake who recently finished treatment for leukemia. She will be missed but I hope you are comforted with positive memories.

I had Creative Writing with Christie in High School at HPHS our senior year. We worked on a couple of recording projects of our work. She was always fun to be around, laughing and making other people around her laugh so easily, It was a short time I got to know her but I appreciated her bubbly energy and friendliness. She was always so kind and broke the ice of uncomfortable silence. I am so sorry for your loss you have my deepest condolences. May the heaviness in your hearts lighten and heal with the positive memories we all have of her during this difficult time.

I only met Christie a couple of weeks ago and was so excited to have her in my life. We both share a passion for helping others and started spending a lot of time together working to acieve her dream of helping all underprivileged children have a bedtime story, we even have a working document where she put her ideas for her visions. It was shocking and heartbreaking to lose her so quickly. She will always have a place in my heart. Im sorry there is not a service to attend, please know how special she is to me.
