I only learned about Bruce’s passing this evening. I extend my deepest condolences to  Bruce’s family. Bruce and I were best friends when we were growing up on the South Side of Chicago. Grade school classes at Warren, Little League, playing in the neighborhood and the JCC.  I was sad when Bruce and family moved away in the summer of 1970, and we lost contact. I am sad this evening. During the pandemic, Bruce and I reconnected when he reached out to me via Facebook, and we spoke several times on the phone. It was great to catch up with Bruce and hear about his loving family. May his memory be a blessing to his loved ones. Bob Resis.

So sorry for the loss of your father. Brue was my neighbor at Lake Sinclair. Even though we didn't have but a short time to truly get to know each other, Brue always took the time to invite me over to share  conversations on his deck.  He would speak of his life in Chicago and his family .
He would always share how proud he was of his children.

Praying as you walk though your life's journey of grief, I ask God to give you peace. 

I got a call from Mike Novello about Bruce earlier this week.  It brought back so many great memories from college.  I spent many a day with Ron(Pops) and Bruce(Einer).  Bruce was such a great guy.  Over the years we lost touch as we raised our families and move on, but I’ll always cherish the friendship we had during the college years. I still remember the laughs and hugs on his wedding day.  
To his family and friends, my sincere condolences.

Devastated to hear about my old pal Einer. Sincere condolences to his wonderful family and to all his friends.  What a great guy, and so much fun to be with.  

Wonderful memories of Thanksgiving 2011, which the Weiner family hosted.  Bruce was so happy that our families could get together, a chance to meet  with his favorite uncle Harry and little cousin Issy (my son, who turned three at that time). In years later I was touched  by Bruce’s genuine love, care and interest for his family, always wanting to know the latest developments with my son and reaching out to me so tenderly when my dad passed.

I had the pleasure of working with Bruce (and Lainey) for many years in Atlanta. We extremely grateful for the dedicated work during all the shows  - Bruce was extremely gifted in relating to people on all levels which in turn made him a natural salesman. In the early years attending the shows myself, I enjoyed our many conversations. My grandfather used to say that "people do business with people" and in this fast paced virtual world, working with people like Bruce (and Lainey) has taught me that there is still great importance in nurturing relationships with those you work with. 

Bruce was truly one in a million. His positive attitude and infectious grin will be what I remember the most. I had the honor of knowing Linda and Bruce and working with them both. Devoted and proud parents, his kids were always the first thing he talked about and showed pictures of whenever we got together.  I miss you Bruce. ❤️
