Sincere condolences to the entire Irr, Duffy and Austen Families.  After 45 years of working with the company, Mr. Irr was like a father to me.  I will be forever grateful for his wisdom, kindness, generosity and the opportunities he gave me!   The memories will forever remain in our hearts.   You will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

I have always told family and friends that the best thing that ever happened to me was the day I started to work for the Irr Family!  Bill was always a positive and very personable gentleman and always went out of his way to acknowledge all who worked in the company! Bill Jr, Mike & Susan, and Tom & Janet, my sincere condolences. Bill will always be remembered by me. He would take the time to speak with agents, he understood their value, and encouraged them to focus on their craft. Personally, Bill was instrumental in my agency, DSI,  acquiring Mansfield Plumbing Products, a manufacturer that really put DSI on the map. We enjoyed Bill's surprise visits at the Olean branch, coming through any door that wasn't locked . Any customer or employee he met, appreciated his kindness. He made you feel like family. Grateful for the time I knew him. Deepest sympathy for the Irr family.

I love Mr. Irr  he was part of our Tim Hortons Family he would come in smiling say hello to all of us , and play a couple rounds of chess. You never knew what car he would come with an old classic or even his rv! he was so kind stopping at the candy store and sharing a box of chocolates with us , we always let him pick out the turtle first . We would wish him well when he spent some time in Florida and await his return to hear all about his adventures .  He would make our day bringing smiles to our faces with just a conversation that would always have you laughing .I look forward to our next conversation in heaven it will be awhile but i'll bring the coffee and you save me a piece of candy.
