May 10, 2021, age 78. Beloved wife of James R. Fuzak; loving mother of David P. (Joette L.) Anzalone and step-mother of J.J. and Jonathan (Tiffany) Fuzak; devoted grandmother of Julia, Jennica and Kara Anzalone and Jake and Maggie Fuzak; dear sister of Paul (late Karin) Bardo and the late Janice Bardo Valentine and Lawrence Bardo; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
