Devoted mother of Alexander (Stacey) Chambers, Matthew (Noémie Elgrishi) Chambers, Danielle (Ryan) Tomko and Garrett (Ashley) Chambers; proud Granny of Jacoby, Gabriel, Juliet, Amelia, Eliza, Viola, Sabrina and Arthur; daughter of the late Raymond and Suzanne (Poorten) Jacobi; beloved sister of Suzanne (Anthony) Franjoine, Raymond (Mary) and Deborah Jacobi; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Family will be present for a Memorial Visitation on Tuesday, from 3-8 PM, at the PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Road. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from St. Gregory the Great Church on Wednesday at 8:45 AM, followed by an Inurnment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
