Judy was born on February 16, 1945, in Mt. Jewett, Pennsylvania. She moved to Buffalo, NY for nursing school and later went on to obtain her master’s degree to then become a Nurse Practitioner.
She met her husband, Sandy, while in Buffalo and the two had one daughter Kristen. Her and her daughter both shared a great love for horses. Judy also enjoyed skiing in the winter and fishing “up north” in the summer.
