John V. Carr, of Buffalo, entered into rest on July 15, 2021 at age 90. Beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee Capitano) Carr; devoted father of John (late Sandy), Joseph (Marlene), Samuel, Michael (Cheryl), James (Terri), the late Charles (Linda) and the late Anthony Carr; cherished grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; predeceased by 4 siblings.
Relatives and friends may visit the PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Rd., Williamsville, on Monday (July 19, 2021) from 9-10am, where prayers will be offered at 10am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Church, 200 St. Gregory Ct. (corner of Maple Rd.), Williamsville, at 10:30am. Mass can be livestreamed at www.stgregs.org/live-stream. Entombment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
