Beloved husband of Elaina (Delmont) Wurl; Loving father of Justin (Kristin) Wurl, Nicholas (Christina) Wurl, Sarah (Jacob) Bauer, Amber ( Matthew) Jones, Camryn and Delaney Wurl; Cherished Papa of Isla, Hunter, Oliver, Laila, Rowen, Odelia and Orion. Son of Richard Wurl and the late Maryann (Tim)Tole; Brother of Annmarie (Troy) Durrance, Jennifer (Jonathan) Gatto, Aaron (Linda) Wurl and Gretchen (David) Sherriff.

FUNERAL HOME 1671 Maple Road. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd. N. Tonawanda on Wednesday at 9:30AM.

Eric was known for his unwavering strength, dedication and love for his family. He was a hardworking man who provided for his loved ones with tireless determination. Despite the recent challenges he faced, those did not define him and he always found a way to put a smile on the faces of those around him.

His devotion to his children was unmatched, and he took immense pride in being a father, papa and husband. His selflessness and kind-hearted nature endeared him to everyone he met. Eric had a contagious sense of humor, always a witty remark and an infectious laugh that lit up any room.

As many hearts are broken right now we take comfort in knowing that his legacy lives on through his beautiful family and the cherished memories he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
