Edward R. Forse

Edward R. Forse, of Williamsville, entered into rest on October 30, 2022 at age 88. Beloved husband of the late Josephine (nee Torto) Forse; devoted father of Karen Forse and Edward L. (Lori) Forse; cherished grandfather of Alexa and Ethan Forse; loving son of the late Edward F. and Evelyn Marie Forse; dear brother of Judy (George) Colern, the late Elaine Forse and the late Marion (late Jack) Davis; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Ed was a veteran of the US Army and retired as the director of MIS for Carborundum Company. In his younger years Ed was an avid mountain climber and sailor. In his later years, Ed was a member of the Adirondack 46ers, the Charles Dickens Club, the Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society, the Lackawanna Historical Association, and the Buffalo Chapter of the Baker Street Irregulars. Ed's greatest hobby and skill was woodworking and making furniture.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Holy Spirit Church, 85 Dakota St., Buffalo, on Saturday (November 5, 2022) at 10am. Please assemble at church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
