I was so saddened to hear of Chris’s passing – what a loss of a dear, sweet man.  I met Chris 40 years ago through Larry, after a baseball game, and have enjoyed a friendship ever since.  We enjoyed many get-togethers with the Komendats; he was always easy to chat with, a good story teller & quick with a joke.  Rita – so sorry for the loss of your brother.  Hannah - You were blest with a loving & supportive uncle; he always spoke so proudly of you.  You now have a special angel to guide you.

My condolences to the family. I am very saddened to learn of Chris' passing.  We worked together for almost twenty years.  We often played "Obscure Song of the Day" & he would come up with some moldy oldies!  Chris was known for his great sense of humor & was well liked by all.  He will be missed by all who had pleasure of knowing him.

Chris was a great neighbor. We had many good conversations and lots of laughs. He will be missed. I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. 


I was a long time neighbor at Foxberry Condo Village. I will miss his sense of humor and our conversations.  I was so grateful for his presence during this pandemic I looked forward to seeing him at our pool and chatting with him while we social distanced,me on my balcony and Chris on his porch.  My condolences to his family.  

I will always remember our times together at the Sabres games and getting a bite to eat after the games. Chris was a passionate supporter of the Sabres, Bills and all things Buffalo.   His humor and irreverence will always be remembered. I will miss our emails and commentary on current events. Peace and strength to Chris’ family. RIP brother. 

Chris has been a close friend since our days at Bishop Turner High. He was Barb and my Best Man and Godfather for our daughter, our group held Sabres season tickets for 15 years and bowled together for many years. His humor and comments will be remembered and missed by all.

I am so very sorry to hear of Chris's passing.  I worked with Chris for 20 years, in that time we have become good friends.  We would walk on breaks and took each other out for Birthday lunches.  Chris had a great sense of humor,  i will miss his jokes and laugh.  He also had a side of him that was like a big brother to me.  I thank him for his dear friendship and warm heart.  My thoughts go out to his family and loved ones.  Chris will always have a place in my heart.

I bowled with Chris he had a great sense of humor, a kind man, easy to talk too. My deepest sympathy to his family.  God Bless you Chris 

I was so sorry to hear about Chris.  I worked with him at Sodexo and always enjoyed talking with him.  Such a gentleman and loved a good joke.  I will truly miss seeing him come in each day with a smile.  May God bless you all.

My Prayers are with your family.  I will miss his fantastic sense of humor and his ever present Hawaiian Christmas shirts he wore every 25th of the month.
