August 8, 2022. Beloved wife of Adrian A. Forzani, Jr.; loving mother of Lynnette Poitras; stepmother of Scott (Noelle) Forzani; dear grandma of Alex (Stephanie) and Alyssa Hubert; step-grandma of Brianna and Preston Forzani; sister of William (Jackie) Winter; also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Family will be present for Memorial Visitation on Saturday, October 1st, from 12-2 PM, immediately followed by a Celebration of Carole’s Life at the PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Rd.
