Ralph Eugene Marvin

Ralph Eugene Marvin, age 71, was born December 2nd, 1948 to Robert and Elva Marvin in Lansing, Michigan. Ralph was one of three children who grew up in Williamston, Michigan, living nearly his entire life in the same home. Ralph was a member of the High School band and later joined the US Army, and fought for our country in The Vietnam War. Ralph had worked for Nabisco, Maytag, and just a few short years ago, retired from Williamston Products Inc. after more than three decades. Ralph was a long time member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles. Ralph was an honorable family man, loving, loyal, honest, and kind to all that crossed his path! Ralph, (“Marv,”) could fix anything presented to him; or, he’d just so happen to have an extra! Ralph was always seen with a smile on his face as he truly enjoyed life and all it had to offer. Ralph shared a deep passion for music, enjoyed gardening, camping and long road trips to Florida. Ralph perfectly balanced an amazing sense of wisdom, with trust, and faith in God. Ralph passed away on the morning of Monday, December 23rd, comfortably at home. Ralph leaves behind his wife of almost forty years, Belinda “Dawn” Marvin, Children: Gail (Doug,) Terrill, Monica Donnelly, and Marshall “Bart,” Marvin. Sister: Mary Ann Marvin, and brother: Richard “Dick,” Marvin. Six grandchildren whom were the sparkle in his eyes, (so many referred to Ralph as “Dad,” and/or “Papa Ralph.”) Grandchildren: Calista Renee Cremeans, Josh Marvin Brennan Jr., Carter Eugene Shepherd, Grace, Thomas, and Ruby June Donnelly. Funeral Services to be held at Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home, High St., Williamston Michigan. Visitation at 1:00pm, funeral services at 2:00pm Saturday, December 28th, 2019. Pastor Kirk Proctor will be officiating.
