Mary Ann Frahm was born September 14, 1942 to Bruce and Angela (LeFebvre) Knox and passed away June 8, 2014 at age 71. Mary was a retiree from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and was a very faithful long time parishioner at St. Mary Catholic Church in Williamston. She enjoyed cooking, baking, doing crafts and drinking wine with friends. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Gerald Frahm, and parents Bruce and Angela Knox. She is survived by her daughter Krista (Marc) Ruskin, son Peter (Susan) Frahm, grandchildren Trenton, Daniel and Jessica Frahm, Colin and Sean Ruskin, brothers William (Anne) Knox, Robert (Karolyn) Knox, sister Patricia (John) Huyge, and numberous nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held Thursday June 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Williamston, 157 High St. with Father Peter J. Clark officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Williamston Chapel, 205 E. Middle St., and one hour prior to service. A rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. during visitation Wednesday.
Mary was a supporter of the Lakeshore Arts Alliance. In her memory, donations can be made to Lakeshore Arts Alliance, P.O. Box 512, Saugatuck, MI 49453.
