I spent many hours sitting at Grandma Carson's kitchen table.  She must have taught me 50 different ways to play solitary.  She always showed real interest in any project I was working on.  We talked on more than one occasion on who had more yarn! My favorite memory was giving her and her sister a ride on my trike.

I first met Laura in the mid 1950's when she and I worked together at the switchboard of General Telephone in Wmston.   Later in 1965 we became neighbors when Howdy and I married and moved beside the creek.
Her boys and ours played and hunted together over the years.
Laura was a wonderful person with a good heart and we will miss her.
