Still can hear Doug's laugh, when he would tell me a turtle joke. Always made me smile.

We think of Doug often and the enjoyable times we spent together.  The hugs we enjoyed each sunday in church.....Picking Doug up when we went to our seniors breakfast......When Doug would stop by our house when he was riding by on his bike......We loved listening to Doug.....He knew so many and his life was filled with interesting and precious memories.....Doug loved our Lord sharing precious times with HIM.....Doug is with our Saviour now and we look forward to being with Doug again someday...…..Doug's precious wife and family are on our minds often...We love you.

We met Doug and Jannet when they joined GWRRA Chapter D2 in Howell, MI. Doug liked to joke with me about turtle soup. But motorcycles and ice cream and dinner runs and also rallies what kept us connected. Sending Hugs to Jannet and the family.

I first met Doug at FT. McCoy Wisconsin as he was an 88M Instructor and I was a Student in August of 1997. Little did I know God had a plan down the road for us.
 In July of 2001 I transferred to a new unit being stood up in Saginaw Michigan.
Doug got assigned sometime later in 2002 I think, we attended several schools and overseas training together along with a extended deployment through the largest surge of equipment and troops since World War II.
When we got back in 2005 that summer they disbanded the 251st and we went our separate ways.
Then we both ended up in 6th Battalion, 100th Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 94th Division for about 2 years and I got promoted out  and he retired sometime after I left.

Shelly and I met Doug at Williamston pickleball.  He was always the life of the party.  Never heard a discouraging word from him.  We will miss him dearly and our prayers are with him and his family.

This is Henry Bradychok. Doug and I served together for several years in the Army.
I always enjoyed Doug's company. He always had a story to tell,  usually about dancing.
I remember he was a husband, father,  and brother  to all his family I offer my condolences.
