Dianne had a passion for swimming. Through it, she met her spouse and developed a community of dear friends. A loyal Spartan alumnus, Dianne would often be seen passionately cheering for green and white at numerous sporting events. Dianne was also an avid traveler and treasured the family vacations to their summer condominium in Fort Pierce, Florida. In addition to the sandy beaches, Dianne also enjoyed time at the fishing cabin in the Canadian wilderness of Ontario, as well as visiting Hawaii, the Colorado Rockies, and numerous national parks.

Dianne enjoyed working with her husband on decorating and gardening projects. Together they created a warm and welcoming home, alive with joy and laughter. As a faithful believer in God, during her active years Dianne served her church and community in many ways, including teaching children's Sunday school and vacation Bible School.
