My heart is so sad hearing bout your passing. You were the most
funniest coolest aunt ever.  You made me laugh and we had lots
of great times together.  Aunt Ronnie I am going to miss you 
rest well sweetie.  My prayers are still with the girls and Gillette.

My deepest condolences to your family. I have very fond memories of being  at your home almost daily as a teenager. Nothing compares to the hospitality that was shown to me by Mr. and Mrs. Sargent. I remember the day Mrs. Sargent told me to just knock and come on in whenever I came over. She was always so sweet and thoughtful. Many blessings to your family.

I remember those early years in the Virginia Air National Guard. There were not a lot of African-Americans then, and we really had to stick together and push each other to excel. Ronnie was one of those persons who made you laugh, comforted you with a smile that only she could give and always did everything with excellence. She was a leader in every way and will always be a part of our Air Guard family. To her family, please never forget that death is not the end of life, it is the elevation of our earthly life to eternal life. Ronnie is more alive now than ever, and  I have a feeling that from somewhere beyond the veil of this life she is still watching over you.

It was my pleasure working with Ronnie as  a member in the Virginia Air National Guard.  My condolenses go out to her family and her impact within the 192d will forever be remembered. 

Rest in Peace, will miss another Air Guard Family member, was always fun talking with Ronnie.  Prayers with family. 

My heart is so heavy right now, to received the text that Mom Sergeant has passed. Mom you were a real friend & Mom to me. I am going to miss the phone calls, texts, and cards in the mail for each holiday, even when I moved to SC you got my address and sent those cards. Family please accept our condolences. During my service in the Air Guard I came to know Ronnie as a Serious Professional, a Fun-Loving and Caring Person, and one of the Bright Lights in our Air Guard Family. Her passing has left me too with a Heavy Heart. My Condolences to her immediate Family in a loss we all share.

When I had heard Veronica had passed, I couldn’t believe it.  She was someone you remembered. Whenever we ran into each other on base, at the Air Guard in Sandston, we always had a good conversation, full of laughs.  She had such a beautiful smile.  But God knows best, she is home now.  My thoughts and prayers to her husband, children and family.  Ronnie, will be missed. 

I was very shocked to hear of Ronnie’s passing.  I worked with her for many years with the VaANG both in Sandston and Langley.  Ronnie was a very special person and she will be missed greatly!  The last time I saw her was at New York Deli in Williamsburg and she was all smiles telling Edi and me about her new job and how much she enjoyed being retired.  Prayers of comfort for her family and Rest In Peace Ronnie.

You were such a bright light. No nonsense full of love and laughter!! Always showing your love for family. God has truly gained an angel. I will miss you so much.  Rest In Peace Cousin Ronnie ❤️❤️

Mama Sargent is Love she gave love she received love she deserved all the love. We worked together at TMS for 5 years she was loved and respected by me as a mother! I will miss her hugs and her great advice. "Everything will be alright" in her words and I will always carry her in my heart. Rest In Peace Mama I love you!

My heart was broken, because I was waiting for her to walk through the door for my military retirement ceremony and birthday celebration,
 Fri 19 Nov 21.

Sargent Sergant was a beautiful soul!  I'm now retirement SMSgt Ross.

I will miss a great leader!



I was saddened to hear of Ronnie's passing. I worked with her for many years at the Air Guard. Ronnie had a heart of gold and was always a delight to be around. My condolences to George, Stephanie and Shea, Ronnie will be truly missed.

Veronica and I served together at the Virginia Air National Guard.  She was dependable, trust worthy and loyal. Our prayers are with her husband, George, and her daughters, Stepfanie and Shea.  Ma y she rest in peace.


I am so sorry to hear about Veronica's passing.   She was so sweet and I thought alot of her.    Our Air Guard family has lost another member way too soon.  Sending hugs and prayers to her family!

We were saddened to hear of Ronnie's passing. She was well-loved by her friends and fellow Guardsmen because she was such a sweet and loving person with a heart of gold.  Our hearts go out to her family as we know she will be sorely missed.

Worked with Ronnie for many years with the Air National Guard.  She was a teacher, leader and just a wonder person to work with.  She was funny and a joy to be be around.   

Thoughts and paraders are with her family during this fine.  RIP Sgt Sgt.
