Thomas Barrie Williams

Thomas Barrie Williams, 48, died September 4, 2015. Tom was the son of Margaret Whelan Williams of Williamsburg and the late Colonel J. Barrie Williams. Tom proudly served in the U.S. Army. A chef trained at the Le Cordon Bleu, Tom spent 20 years in the restaurant business. He loved to cook and to make people laugh, and he loved his children and his family. Tom is survived by: his children, Jessica Williams of Williamsburg, Phillip Drake Williams Drinkwater and his wife Allison of Norge, and Sierra Halstead of Altus, OK; his sisters, Meg Williams of Arlington, VA, Mattille Williams Sherwood and her husband Bill and children Josephine and Wyatt of Sterling, VA; his brother, Stephen Williams and his wife Tammy and children Madeline and Grace of Williamsburg. Services will be held on Saturday, September 19 beginning at 10:00am at St. Martin's Episcopal Church,1333 Jamestown Rd., Williamsburg, VA.
