Salvatore Joseph Vitale

He was a successful clothing manufacturer for ladies wear and owner of Leslie Ann Fashions in New York, NY. He was a faithful member of St. Olaf Catholic Church, and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree. Salvatore was a loving son, caring and adoring husband, as well as a great father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 67 years, Antoinette Vitale; son, Salvatore Vitale (Geraldine); daughters, Rose Caracciolo (Peter), Ellen Kanzer (Barry), Nancy Moran (Robert); grandchildren, Peter (Maggie), Mathew (Kelly), Michael (Damaris), and Thomas Caracciolo, Robert (Lauren), Andrew (Patty) and Jessica Kanzer, Salvatore, Christopher and Vanessa Vitale, and Ryan and Kevin Moran; great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Peter, Nina, Isabella and Luca Caracciolo and Ava, Olivia, Hunter and Jack Kanzer.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg. The Mass will be offered at 11:00 am on Friday, November 17, 2017 at St. Olaf Catholic Church, 104 Norge Lane, Williamsburg.
