Dick, an Eagle Scout, lived his life in service to God, his country, and his family. As a graduate of Carnegie Institute of Technology, Cornell University, and California Institute of Technology, he enjoyed a successful career as a mechanical engineer supporting the U.S. space program. He also loved being outdoors where he hunted, fished, and just enjoyed being in nature.
He is survived by his loving wife Janice; his two adult children, Pamela Perry (David) and Jeffrey Wrobel (Robinnette), and their families. A graveside service will be held at Williamsburg Memorial Park, November 3, 2021 at 11:00 am. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Dick’s name to the Chesterfield Professional Firefighters Charitable Foundation.
