She received her BA in Math from Hunter College, and her MS in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology. As one of the first computer programmers, she enjoyed a multi-decadal career and was previously employed at Equitable Life Assurance and SUNY Stony Brook University.
Eileen was a member of St. Olaf Catholic Church and the Ford’s Colony: Theater Club, Travel Club, Eat Drink & Be Merry and Wine & Dine groups.
She enjoyed cooking, reading, crocheting, crafts, and loved spending time with family and friends, especially hosting and entertaining all.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Edward; son, Terence; daughter, Elizabeth; daughter-in-law, Lori; son-in-law, Chris; grandchildren, Catie, Kiri, Timmie and Johnathan; brothers, Robert and Richard Zlokovitz; sister-in-law, Patricia Zlokovitz; and her many beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 15, 2022 at St. Olaf Catholic Church, (Main Church Foyer) 104 Norge Lane, Williamsburg, Virginia 23188 at 11:30AM. The Funeral Mass (Main Church) will follow at 12:00PM.
Eileen enjoyed hosting and feeding us all over the years. Many memories were created over her meals, and she would have wanted ALL who attend the funeral to also join us for a luncheon celebrating her life, immediately following the mass. Please let Ed, Terence or Elizabeth know if you think you’ll be able to join? The luncheon will be held at Tuscany Ristorante, 4854 Longhill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188 (757) 378-3486.
