Donald M. Stauch passed gracefully to be with our Lord after a short hospice in his Williamsburg home. He was a lifelong resident of York, PA (West York, Manchester) until 2018 when he moved to Williamsburg, VA to live with family. Born to Catherine Luckenbaugh Stauch and Henry Jacob Stauch, he spent time with his four brothers and four sisters building their homes, hunting, and fishing.

He worked for thirty years at Cole Steel building office furniture until their closure and then went into business with his oldest son, Michael. He volunteered his time for many things, including as an active member of the North Eastern Midget Athletic Association (NEMAA) helping to create wonderful memories with his family and making lasting friends. He was also a member of many social clubs around York including the Rooster Club, the Ninth Ward, the Twelfth Ward, the Viking Club, and the Starview Sportsman Association. He joined the 757 Moose Lodge when he moved to Williamsburg.
He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty years, Marcia Stauch (York, Williamsburg); and his four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his younger sister Doris Lau; his three children Michael (Christa) of York, Stacy Ann Stauch of Williamsburg, and Matthew (Tracie) of Williamsburg; grandchildren Baron and Deerdra of York; and Grant, Natalie, Drew, and Ava of Williamsburg.
