Kathy, I'm thinking of you and Ashur on this sad anniversary. xo

To my little buddy. I was there with you when you were born in Mannheim Germany and was like part of your family.  I wonder why life isn't so fair at times. I know you were a great man and husband and father you were. You was raised by outstanding parents. I hope we will meet again little buddy. God bless you. Love you Derick and Sandy.

May you be encouraged by God's promise of eternal life.

Our dearest friend Derick, who was an amazing husband and father, and lived his life passionately for Christ, will be greatly missed until we meet again after a just little while. What a legacy you have left this world to remember and emulate. Robert, Elliette and I vow to support Kathy and Ashur forever.

Our thoughts and prayers goes out the parents and family of Derick. We use to live in the first house on the left in The Pointe at Jamestown and my kids Alex and Andrew Jones spent many hours with Derick. He was always polite and respectful to my wife Melissa and myself. We had lost touch with him after moving away and we were heart broken when we heard of his passing.

My thoughts, love and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Derick was such a proud father and husband. I am so lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Derick. We will miss him dearly. I hope the loving memories of Derick can help guide you all through this tragic time.

There are no words I can express for the immense loss you are feeling. Know there are many lives whom Derick touched during his short time on this side of heaven. I wasn't blessed to have known him very long but while I did I learned how kind and generous of a man he was. He will truly be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Derick was a kind man and always had a smile on his face.  I admired the fact that he really loved his wife and son.  He will be missed.

I wish I had some magical words to make everything better for you, Kathy and Ashur. I know I don't, but I do know that good memories have a strength all their own...so I hope your good memories of Derick will give you the strength and love you need. Derick was so proud of you, and the way he carried himself as a father, husband, and friend brought everyone who knew him inspiration and joy.

I met Derick when he came to Michigan twice. He seemed like such a gentle man that surely loved his child and wife. It is so shocking that he passed so young and we will miss him. Sometimes I wonder why God why, we grieve and moan and cry. Such a bright young good looking man. Some day, we shall know.  The words are hard to find for Kathy, little Ashur and the Bellis family. With a heavy heart I am overwhelmed with sadness by the loss of my cousin Derick. A life taken way too soon. Some of my fondest childhood memories were with him. He had a great heart and cared deeply for his family.mMy heart goes out to his wife Kathy and son Ashur my grandparents and my aunt Sandy and Uncle Derrick. My deepest condolences during this difficult time. I am sending everyone my love.

Hey Bellis, words cannot explain nor express the hurt you must be going thru. It may take a while to recover... take your time grieve and hold onto those memories. TAKE CARE MY FRIEND. IM ONLY A PHONE CALL AWAY.

From a distance the pain the Snow family feels runs deep and has touched me.  I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Derick but seeing what he meant my fellow co-workers is truly touching.  May his family find solace in knowing he was very well loved.

Kathy - There wasn't a day that Derick didn't brighten my day with a good morning and his friendly smile carried throughout the day.  I loved to chat with him about you and Ashur because he was so proud and in love with you both.
