He is predeceased by his parents and brothers, Clint and J.P. Parks.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 42 years, Nancy; children, Wendy Brown (Scott), Sharon Stevens (Thomas), Dawn Parks, Erin Tyndall and Rebecca Parks; sister, Rebecca Quigley (William); grandchildren, Samantha, Cassie, Amberly, Garrison, Zachary, Sky, Damion and Shea as well as numerous other extended family members and friends.
A Celebration of Richard's Life will be held Friday, July 1, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Dignity Memorial Life Celebration Center, 7134 Powell Road, Wildwood, Florida 34785.
