Charles proudly served his country and retired from the United States Air Force.
He is predeceased by his son, Rick Montgomery.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 70 beautiful years, Margaret Montgomery; son, Rob Montgomery (Annette); grandchildren, Rickki, Randi, Kaci, Cameron and Chase; great granddaughter, Ryann; daughter-in-law, Kim Montgomery as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19th from 10:00 to 11:00am at Dignity Memorial Life Celebration Center.
Graveside service will take place following the visitation at 11:45am at Shiloh Cemetery in Fruitland Park, FL.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the perpetual care of Shiloh Cemetery at 506 W Berckman St, Fruitland Park, FL 34731 Attention: Lori.
