Wilma Elizabeth Hull, 93, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita, Kansas. She was born January 15, 1931 in Munjor, Kansas, the daughter of Anton N. and Lidwina (Leiker) Korbe.
Wilma was employed with Boeing Aircraft for several years where she worked as a parts assembler. She enjoyed fishing, traveling, and playing cards with family and friends. She was also a long-time loyal fan of both the KC Royals and KC Chiefs.
Wilma devoted her life to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother rarely missing any of the kids' sporting events or special moments.
Wima was a devoted Catholic, where she was a faithful member and steward for multiple committees of St. Margaret Mary for over 50 years. After moving, she joined St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church of Wichita for the last few years where she enjoyed waving at her grandchildren and all of the school kids at the end of the day.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Anton and Lidwina; her husband of 61 years, Theodore Hull; son, Francis Lee Hull; along with her siblings, Harold Korbe, Ellen Fellers, Norman Korbe, and Marilyn Yockey; and 2 daughter-in-laws, Charlene Hull & Lenora Hull.
She is survived by: her 3 children, Edward Hull, Elden (Karon) Hull, and Russell Hull; along with her 8 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; and 5 siblings, Janet French, Carol Williams, Jane Heinen, Roy Korbe and Judy Nunamaker.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held 9:30 AM on Thursday, November 7, 2024; Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 AM, both at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 645 N. 119th St. W., Wichita, Kansas 67235. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Garden of Gospels, Wichita.
