Wilma was born on March 30, 1926 in Holden, Missouri the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Turnbow) Surber.
She was a graduate of Holden High School in 1944.
On May 31, 1946 she married Charles D. Dishman in Holden, Missouri.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; sister, Mary Jane Hewlett; brothers, Jim and Jerry Surber.
Survivors include her children, Phil and wife, Sherri Dishman, Cheryl Bennett; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters.
Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel, 11800 W. Highway 54, Wichita.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with First United Methodist Church-General Fund, 330 N. Broadway, Wichita, Kansas 67202.
