Wanda Pride

Pride, Wanda, 92, of Wichita, Kansas passed away Monday December 28, 2020 in Wichita. Wanda was born the daughter of Sidney and Gladys Royse on February 24, 1928 in Mulvane, Kansas. Wanda and Fred Pride were united in marriage on April 25, 1948. Together they celebrated 70 years of marriage before his passing in 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son; Fred Pride, Jr., two brothers and sister. Survivors include her children; Cynthia (David) Lathrom, John Pride, daughter-in-law; JoAnne Pride, grandchildren; Tracy Pride, Matthew (Amber) Lathrom, Michelle (Greg) Knight, Patrick Pride, Alexander Pride, great grandchildren; Trenton Pride, AnnMarie Knight and Samantha Knight. Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday January 5, 2021 at Cross Road Church, 2139 S. Maize Rd., Wichita. Burial will follow at Ninnescah Cemetery, Udall, KS.
