She was a legal secretary for Wichita Bank for Cooperatives, retiring in 1979. Wanda was also a long time member of Zion United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Veryle, Wichita; daughter, Glenda “Jody” (Daryl) Godown, Derby; son, Ray (Tina) Houser, Kokomo, IN; grandchildren, Mark Godown, Melinda Slaughter, Jarad Houser; and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation with her family present will be held from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2011 and funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, October 27, 2011, both at DeVorss Flanagan-Hunt Mortuary.
