Sifferd, Vada June, 88, retired caregiver for Starkey passed away June 3, 2014. Vada enjoyed playing cards. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ray and Duane Elwick and beloved poodle “Pup”. She is survived by her sons, Larry Trask, Jeffrey Trask, Chris (Rosie) Trask, Steve Trask, Tom Sifferd all of Wichita; 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Viewing is Thursday 12 to 8 pm and funeral service is 10:00 am Friday, June 6 at Resthaven Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Starkey Developmental Center, 144 S. Young, Wichita, KS 67209.
