Tracy graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. His career as a Chemical Engineer took him all over the world. He worked for Koch Industries for 31 years until he retired on November 30, 2022.
Tracy first met his future wife, Lori Schneweis, on June 11, 1991, at the Roy's BBQ Restaurant in Hutchinson, Kansas, as then if fate would have it, they meet again in May of 2017, then the two were married on May 26, 2018 in Burrton, Kansas.
Tracy loved to be in the outdoors as he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an avid bird hunter where he made many hunting adventures with his family in Oklahoma, then with his buddies in his older years all over Kansas & Texas.
He is preceded in death by: his parents; and his first wife, Phyllis Ann (Simons) Clem.
He is survived by: his wife of the home, Lori; his son, Tate Clem; his step-sons, Zacary Collins and Joseph Collins; his brother, Travis (Amy) Clem of Canton, Georgia; along 1 nephew; and many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2024; Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, both at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Ethel Reece Cemetery, 88 Co Rd 2400, Barnsdall, OK 74002.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Pheasants Forever, 1783 Buerkle Circle, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55110.
