Terry Lynn Moore

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother, daughter, and friend, Terry Lynn (Dingman) Moore as she succumbed to injuries from a car accident in Hutchinson, KS, on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the age of 65. She was born October 11,1959, in Wichita, Kansas to Junior Dingman and the late Margaret Ruth (Armstrong) Dingman.

Terry grew up surrounded by her siblings, Rodney, Cindy, Alan, and Troy. Together, there was never a dull moment as they made time to ride their bikes around town, enjoyed family dinners, and met many friends in school.

After graduation, Terry married Joe Berry Moore and together they grew their family by three with children, Crystal, Misty, and Josh. She enjoyed every minute of being a wife and mother as she was sure to let them each know how important they were and how much she loved them.

As a career, Terry worked at the Department of Corrections as an administrative assistant from which she retired after 37 years.

Terry is survived by her father, Junior Dingman; children, Crystal Apsley, Misty Adams, and Josh Moore; siblings, Rodney Dingman, Alan Dingman, and Troy Dingman; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Those she now joins in freedom are her mother, Margaret Dingman; husband, Joe Moore; sister, Cindy Dingman; and nephew, Troy Dingman.

A life surrounded by love and memories made for a lifetime of remembrance.

A funeral service will be held Friday, December 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Calvary's Rock, 2661 S. Meridian Ave., Wichita, KS 67217.

Following the funeral service there will be a graveside service at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, in the Garden of Freedom, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
