She was the firstborn child of Dr. Jon and Lorna Kardatzke. She was a 1978 Goddard High School graduate. She was Miss Indiana 1980 and competed in the Miss America pageant. She held a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Drama, a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministries from Friends University, and a Master of Divinity from Phillips Theological Seminary. She had a doctorate from California Institute of Integral Studies.
Teri peacefully passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Jon Kardatzke.
She is survived by: her loving husband of 8 years, Kenneth Estes; her mother, Lorna Kardatzke; her brother, Dr. Scott Kardatzke(Cindy); her sister, Kim Noller (Mike); her daughter, Dr. Brynne Mulloy (Ryan); and her granddaughters: Eevie and Birdie Mulloy.
