74, retired hospital administrator, passed away on January 15, 2018. She was preceded in death by parents, Olin and Osie Harper. Sonia is survived by her husband of 54 years, Fred T. Brownell; children, Melissa Brownell, Paula (Eric) Held and David (Cathy) Brownell; and grandchild, Tabitha Brownell.
