Sandy K. Schindler 65, born on October 3, 1950 in Alma Nebraska, was received in the hands of God on June 19, 2016. Sandy was a member of the Goddard Library Board and Goddard Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with family, her dogs Boomer and Gretchen, and pool time during the summer. She was preceded by her parents, Floyd and Helen Karnopp; brothers, Ron and Dick Karnopp; sister, Dot Beach. Sandy is survived by husband of 46 years, Marvin Schindler; sons, Chuck (fiance Krystin Saviolidis) of Fern Park, FL, Nickolas Schindler of Goddard; daughter, Renae (Bill) Albert of Wichita; step-son, Robert Wise of Stockton; grandchildren, Brandon and Christian Schindler, Danielle (Matthew Tweedy) Rodman, Christopher Pike; step grandchildren, Andy (Maegan) Albert and Emily Albert; great grandchildren, Braydon, Andrew, and Lincoln Tweedy; and step great-grandchild, Aria Albert. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2016 and funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2016 both at Resthaven Mortuary. Burial Thursday, June 23, 2016 in Stockton, Kansas.
