Watkins, Ruth Ann, 77, retired RN went to be with the Lord October 23, 2013. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Alma Jacobs; son, David Brookins; brothers, Merle and Warren Jacobs. Her survivors are husband, Charles F. “Chuck” Watkins; children, Glenda, James, Bill, Arne, Dan; brother, Keith; sister, Verna; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation with family present is 6 to 8 pm Friday and funeral service is 3:00 pm Saturday, October 26 at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials may be sent to Alzheimer’s Association.
