81, died February 3, 2018 in Wichita, KS. He was born in Winfield, KS on November 24, 1936. Richard is survived by wife of 61 years, Regina; son, Mark; daughter, Lori (Chris) Oleson; sister, Shirley (Mike) Wilson, brother, Terry Dickey, 7 beloved grandchildren and numerous beloved great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Richard worked in law enforcement for over 30 years including the Winfield Police Department, Kansas Highway Patrol and Lottery Security. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10th, 2018 at RiverWalk Church of Christ, 225 N. Waco, Wichita, KS 67202. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to RiverWalk Church of Christ Building Fund.
