Phyllis Geneva Whorton, age 98, homemaker of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. She was born to parents William and Geneva (Kelsey) Clarke on September 13,1925 in Winfield, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 70 years Arthur "Art" and her beloved daughter Melissa Peltzer. Survived by her son-in-law Bob Peltzer, grandson Michael (Kristy) Peltzer, nephew Howard Hamlin and many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1pm, Monday, May 20, 2024 at Hope Cemetery, Arkansas City, Kansas.
