Phyllis Ann Ingram, 83, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2018. She was born November 29, 1935 in Mathias, WV to the late Cleta (Walker) and Hugh Ingram. Lived her childhood in Hershey, PA. Graduated Elizabethtown College in PA in 1958. Received her Master’s Degree from Bethany Seminary Chicago, IL in 1961. Moved to Wichita, KS in 1961 to take position of Director Christian Education at First Church of the Brethren. Later worked 40 years for Wichita City Library. Retiring in 2005. She was a member of Wichita Women’s Business Club. Attended concerts and other theater productions at Friends University and Wichita Century II. Loyal fan of local Wichita Farm Baseball teams, Kansas college sports teams, Chicago Bears, and Dallas Cowboys. Enjoyed writing poetry and inspirational pieces. Phyllis is survived by her sister Sandra Pascal and her husband William, niece Lisa Martin and husband John, nephew Kurt Pascal and wife Meghan. Also was Great Aunt to Zachary and Gabriella Martin, Annabelle, Grayson, and Ella Pascal. Memorial Service will be held Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 5 PM at First Church of the Brethren 1103 Jefferson, Wichita, KS.
