Well Hello everyone, my name is Aron Haynes (Chad) or if you’re doing an audit or you’re a troubled neighbor wanting to know why I go by Alexis. I ask that if I start to cry today please clap, laugh and/or smile! That will help me make it through this time and that’s what my dad would want. If you close your eyes you will hear his ornery laugh. First of all, Thank you for coming to celebrate a day that no one ever wants to prepare for… including my dad!
Not only did he try to leave my family with his and other people’s shit, he left me with everything that I tried to throw away over the years. He would often try to give back said things every year at Christmas, birthdays and etc.
My Dad, my daddy, my mom’s only husband. He was a son, a dad, a papa and a brother who had a sister. He made 4 kids! So that’s why I made 5. Everyone who knew PJ will never forget him. The memories my dad made and the stories that will never be forgotten. These stories are something that most people will never get the chance to witness.
Most kids will never ever have the chance to learn and experience the things that my dad taught me and made me who I am today. The only thing I’m sorry for is that in reality I will never be able to fill this man’s shoes and teach my kids the things he helped me learn that made me who I am!
As we move into a world that is different than most people here grew up in, it’s scary. And it’s going to be different from here and into the future! Just like every decade things change. Hopefully someday, someone makes it beautiful again. So beautiful, so special, so big!!
Without my dad and without my mom’s past and current help now into the future today it would not be possible for today!
So let me pray!! Pearl, PJ, Daddy, Dad, Jay, Pappa or “thy brother” as Cathy would say! And to the games that Mike, Rich, Steve and others would play and brothers like Johnny V, Mike Roy, Chuck, Downey, Jimmy, Larry, Larry Elder, Warren, Dave, Kenny, Gary, Dan, Rusty, Charlene, Kikie and many more I could continue to say, but I can’t, because we have to leave this place as of now and because my dad would say let’s go make a story that only a Haynes family member could make. No one will ever, ever be able to duplicate a Haynes story.
We love P.J.
