Norma Jean (Thompson) Dies, age 72, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Norma was born November 10, 1950 in Newton, Kansas to Billie Ruth Steelman Byrd and Gerald W. Thompson.

Norma is survived by her son Dan Saft; son-in-law Edward Foster; step-son Mike Dies; step-daughter Trudy Ehrsam (Scott); grandchildren Danna Foster (Daniel Wise), Terri Foster, Clint Ehrsam (Portia), Levi Ehrsam (Cassie) and Wyatt Ehrsam; and 8 great grandchildren.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband Larry Keith Dies; daughter Danna Saft; father Gerald W. Thompson; and mother Billie Ruth Steelman Byrd.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Norma's memory may be made to Norma's final expenses.
