She was born in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Floyd and Ethel Brison.
Preceding her in death, husband Leon Brooks and second husband Joe Cooper, daughter Susan Hall, sons Junior and Joel Brooks; grandsons Jonny Rouse and Jimmy Rouse.
She is survived by daughters Carolyn (J.R.) Hammon, Judy (Ed) Carroll; grandchildren Stacey (Andy) Spencer, Trey Hammon, Mindy Slater, Jeff Rouse; great-grandchildren Presley Spencer, Sean Rouse, Dylan Rouse, Hunter Rouse, Hayley Rouse and Kinsey Rouse.
Norma retired from Cessna. She was an avid cook and baker, loved to bring dishes to family gatherings and hosting Sunday dinners. She always enjoyed spending time with her family. She lived on a farm most of her life and enjoyed fishing, gardening and the country life. She was lovingly referred to as 'Big Grandma' by all.
